Welcome to our home. We are delighted to host you (in English or French)! We are Sue & Tom, both New England natives and have made our home here in the Norton/Averill area. We love snowmobiling in the winter, playing with our dog, Jeeping any other time of year, fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, hiking, forest management, maple syrup production, gardening, bird watching and enjoying all that Vermont has to offer.

Kayaks (3) are available for rent. One canoe available for rent as well. Life jackets will also be provided. Our property is the only property on this lake to have a private cove!
