Our inviting 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and warmly welcomes furry friends, making it the perfect getaway for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is a queen bed. the other is a double. Both rooms have storage for your personal items.

Our full bath has a walk in glass shower. The half bath is shared as the laundry room. We provide a starter kit of essentials for our guests (soaps, shampoo, etc)

Firepit is located on the back balcony, overlooking the Mississippi River and the train track.

Guest parking is on the property. Please inquire about boat docking access.

We do offer a hot tub as an amenity. We ask that you please follow our instructions and guide when using the hot tub.

Excellent place for a quick girls weekend! Everything was as advertised in pictures. Ample off street parking, easy access to the property with lock box, the place was clean, beds were comfortable enough. Balcony for a quiet start to the morning and the hot tub at night were what really made the place.The establishments right in town were super convenient but it is also worth it to take the short drive to Alma, many cute businesses.

Came to visit our daughter for the Christmas holiday. Beautiful location and close to everything we needed. Even checked out a few cool spots just mins away. Highly recommend staying here while you’re in town, the property owner is fabulous to work with and extremely responsive! Thank you!!

Great spot to stay right on the river to see the fall colors. It was fun watching the train go by and amazing that there was 0 train noise or vibration inside this sturdy building. Loved all the activities available in the area including apple orchard, river cruise, side by side adventure etc….

Sitting on the deck and watching the train hurtle by was so fun! It was amazing how little you heard it inside. Wine tasting at the 7 Hawks tasting room in town was great!

Fountain City flyway loft with hot tub

The little loft was great. Very private and surprisingly quiet even though it was on a busy road and railway. The hot tub was very peaceful. A little exciting when a train flys by while in the tub but added to the experience. We liked walking around the town and getting beers and food at the Monarch Public House. We will be back.
