SUPER Unique 4BR 3Bath Nature Home Getaway - 9beds
Welcome to the Rock Haus, a distinctive and meticulously designed retreat nestled amidst the breathtaking sandstone cliffs of Vernal, Utah. This one-of-a-kind home, recently remodeled with a modern aesthetic, is not just a place to stay but a gateway to adventures that await in the Uintah Basin.
Step into a world where contemporary elegance meets natural beauty. The Rock Haus has a retro-modern and artistic touch, with the latest amenities so your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable.
The space
The Rock Haus is inspiring from the outside by the surrounding rock cliffs, and inspiring from the inside by the artistic themes and retro-modern touches.
Each bedroom features a theme from geography of the greater region. The master bedroom highlights the majestic high Uintah mountains over a moon rising. The second bedroom nestles into a theme of sunset canyonlands distinctive to Utah and the greater southwest; even the view out the window showcases canyon sandstone cliffs. The third bedroom features tributes to dinosaur country hyper-unique to the Uintah Basin. The den downstairs themes to the rustic rich history of the area that was fueled by the remains of dinosaur and fauna long ago.
Additionally, the main living room sports a delicate arch art wall that is iconic to Utah and the love for the great outdoors.
Two updated bathrooms are located near the bedrooms, both with updated facilities and a broad modern shower head that doubles as a mirror. Linens and shower essentials are provided.
Internet: The WiFi is fiber fast at 1Gbps download and 500Mbps upload speeds and dual frequency pairing. You'll be able to stream from all your devices at once and remotely work seamlessly.
The kitchen and dining room are open, warm spaces for gathering, eating, and planning out your day. The farmhouse dining table offers comfortably wide family style bench seating and easy access to kitchen counters and modern appliances.
The kitchen has complimentary coffee and tea, plenty of stoneware dishes, cutlery, and even dish sets for little tykes because they matter too. Complimentary popcorn is available in the pantry with a popcorn maker. There may also be complimentary shelf stable pantry items available just to make your stay even better.
Laundry: Courtesy washer and dryer access is included with your stay. The laundry units are located down the spiral staircase and across the un-renovated basement (come back again to see the renovation finished into a downstairs entertainment den). Basic laundry essentials also provided.
Outside: The property extends to both sides and behind the Rock Haus. Feel free to explore at your own risk.
Wildlife: Deer frequently traverse the property and are entertainment for viewing out the living room, dining room, and kitchen windows. Other wildlife are less visible, but ever-present in the canyon behind the Rock Haus.
Conservation: Staying at the Rock Haus is a sign of admiration and love of the natural world. The grounds are open to explore, but not exploit or damage. Help keep the property pristine for generations to come.
