Historic Home in a great downtown neighborhood in St Petersburg Fl. Safe and Great Walkable Location. Walkable to Cresent Lake Park, Body Electric Yoga Studio, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Pineapple Expresso, Casual Clam, and more. This is a two-bedroom house set up with the second bedroom as an office. Washer and Dryer in the house. Nice wood bamboo floors, plaster walls, and quality art will welcome you to this gem. We have created three separate outdoor sitting areas to take in the Florida great weather. One small breakfast area in the shade off the living room sliding glass doors, a larger deck in the back off the shell walkway, and the traditional front porch to meet the many neighbors walking and taking their dogs for a stroll. Off-street parking in brick paved driveway and all utilities paid. There is a rear second attached rental apartment, but the parking and courtyard are separated and private.
