Our beautiful brand-new build provides the peaceful welcome of home, with the rustic charm of adventure. The new king master bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the loft area certain to keep you well rested for the entirety of your trip.

From the outdoor themed decor and the modern furnishings provided, this lovely property provides a cozy, familiar and inviting atmosphere for all.

Here at HiBearnation Haven Cabin, you'll find all the essentials you need, including smart Roku-TV's throughout the property, AC/ heating, a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, brand new 4-person hot tub, as well as two full luxurious vanity bathrooms.

Whether you're looking to relax in the peaceful mountain surroundings or explore the attractions of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville and more, our newest cabin build is the perfect home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was even better than expected, with a cozy atmosphere and a peaceful setting that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time there.

The whole cabin is exceptional! Every corner of the cabin exceeded any expectations I had! Would 100% hope to stay here again!!We were visited by a bear and her cubs one morning, unfortunately we were oblivious but luckily our neighbours got a photo for us!

Great place to stay in pigeon forge area . I would book this place again . We stayed in the hibearnation haven. And it was beautiful. Great area it was quiet and peaceful.

Overall it was a great trip and the cabin is in a very secluded area and the scene from the balcony is amazing! Also, if you want to see bears there are definitely bears in the area. We had a mama bear and her cubs take a stroll near the cabin as we were heading home.

Beautiful cabin! Clean and very welcoming. Transactions was smooth and commutation was great! I wouldnโ€™t want to attempt the drive in the winter as some roads are narrow but it was fine for summer.

We had the best stay at Hibearnation Haven! This cabin is in the perfect location and was so clean we thought it was brand new! The hot tub was great and the snacks on the kitchen table were a sweet bonus! The hosts were fantastic to deal with and we will definitely be making sure this is available for our next trip!

Absolutely the best cabin, hosts, and location! The property was super clean, quiet, and the hosts were so wonderful! Thank you for all you did coming to turn on the pilot for the fireplace when it went out and we could not get it to work.

We really enjoyed our stay and the cabin was just the right size for us. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit while there. Comfortable and very much like home. A great place and wish we had a longer stay. But maybe next time we're in the area!!!

Our first stay in a cabin, and it was absolutely the best experience we could have asked for! The entire place, inside and out, was so clean and well kept. The host was amazing at replying to my questions, and very timely! The hot tub was clean and operated as it was intended. I'm telling you, it was the BEST experience! There were two fireplaces in the cabin, but being that it's summer, we didn't use them, but they were beautiful! Oh, AND we got to see a momma bear and her three cubs two different times during our stay!!

Great location and neighborhood. Very close to everything, but feels farther away. Very well layed out cabin for parents with a couple kids. Couple small suggestions, the mattress could definitely use a replacement, and the porch lights have to stay on all the time. That makes it hard to sit on the porch and see the stars at night.

Hello Dear Guests, Thank you for sharing your experience with us here, The recommendations are taken to heart and already under discussion, on the lights, you can flip the switch off for sitting on the porch no problem or trouble-we would have said absolutely just please flip it back on when done (for safety-they are dusk to dawn) and there as you have seen are no "street lighting" but you absolutely are allowed to turn them off while enjoying the porch & cabin, I'm sorry you did not reach out to inquire, it would have enhanced your enjoyment and been fine with us๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป. Gorgeous cabin! This is our 3 yr renting from Lynn & crew and they are great to work with. This cabin is in one of the best locations and very easy to get to!! We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.
