The downstairs open space has a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with new appliances and has seating for up to 4 people and the living room with the comfortable sofas and characteristic stone fireplace, all lead out to the garden through french doors.
The upstairs has been deliberately thought out as a loft and open space with a large bedroom and bathroom with shower. A double bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom with shower en suite is also at the ground floor.

The Fienile at the hamlet of Castelrotto is one of the villa part of Castelnuovo Tancredi Estate strategically positioned for any day trips and excursions to the surrounding towns. Just a short 30 minute drive to Pienza, or Siena and a hop skip and a jump to Montalcino which rests on the nearby hilltop and can be seen during the day and night from the garden. A 18- hole golf course it just across the valley and visible from this house.
