Kitchen, dining room and living integrated. Laundry. Cable TV in the living room and suite. Air conditioning in suite and single room. Kitchen equipped with electric oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge. Gas system for water. Great location. Grassy land with space for up to 3 cars. Electronic gate. Deck at the entrance and back of the house. Dog kennel.
