We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as listed—clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of three families with kids. The pool was fantastic and a real highlight, and the beach was just a short walk away. The host was incredibly responsive, even when we had a minor A/C issue over the busy Fourth of July holiday. We would happily stay here again!

This is a wonderful Outet Cape refuge for a family reunion. Lovely pool in back and excellent landscaping. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable and lots of comfy places to sit and read or watch TV. The house is 10 minutes from Nauset and Coast Guard beach and just. Short drive to Orleans or Wellfleet . We loved our week.

The property is lovely: a beautiful house, a stunning pool, and a great location.The only reason I’m not giving it 5/5 is that, unfortunately, there was a rat infestation in the pool area. While I’m aware that this is something that can be difficult to control in an outdoor space, the problem was likely a recurrent one, considering that there were anti-rodent products in the shed outside.

Please note that I had the pest control company out the very next day and Fabio’s “rat infestation” turned out to be chipmunks. Additionally, we have a quarterly service to prevent pest infestation. As protocol, they place deterrent in the outdoor shed.

Great house for our three generation family - everyone had space to relax and enjoy summer on the Cape! The pool was wonderful, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, location was great to beaches and local restaurants, driveway fit cars well, A/C worked wonderfully, and host was very communicative! Loved the outdoor shower too! We would stay here again and highly recommend you book here too!

I stayed at this property with our whole family (wife & me, 4 adult kids, 3 kids-in-law, our granddaughter). The houses were spacious enough for privacy yet cozy enough for spending time together. We especially enjoyed the large sectional couch in the great room for visiting and playing games each evening. Morning swims in the heated pool were a great way to start each day no matter what we had planned. I'd then use the outdoor shower before heading in so I could skip any lines for the bathrooms. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet still centrally located for our excursions north to Provincetown and south to the Nantucket-bound ferries, or for a quick trip to one of the many nearby beaches.The host was pleasant to work with and very responsive when a minor issue came up. We would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip the Cape.

Overall this property was perfect! We took advantage of almost every bedroom! I would recommend bringing some extra bath towels and pillows if you have a large party that is almost maxing out the place.

We had an exceptional stay at this property! There were so many thoughtful features - from extra blankets and pillows to pool toys to a full kitchen. The soaps in the shower were awesome. We had a great welcome gift :). The outside seating options were great as were numerous indoor seating areas. The Outerhouse was fully accessible which was really appreciated. Our host was extremely responsive to any requests or inquiries. We would give this 10 stars if we could!
