The host was very nice but communication was not great. The place was very clean, which is a must for me. However, there were a lot of flies. The Host has a pen of fowl (chickens, turkey, ducks). I think this must attract the flies. We noticed a couple the first night and thought they must have come in with us. We were gone for the entire day the 2nd day not returning until evening. There were many flies when we returned. I messaged the host asking for a fly swatter but no response. We ended up killing over 20 flies. Also, there were no mattress covers on the beds only sheets on the mattress. This may be ok for some people. When we were out, I stopped an bought covers. There are 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the space. My husband and I were awoken to thumbing music at 7am Sunday morning. The bedroom where my son was you could not hear the music. Just a couple of items that need to be fixed for the next guest.

Beautiful Space and Wonderful Host

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated basement level apartment! The space was very clean and we loved the creative decor and thoughtful touches. Our host was very communicative, warm, and kind. He was also very quick to respond to messages and made sure our stay was comfortable. There were some chickens on the property and my 3yo loved going out to see them and she also had a great time using the trampoline. We only had a very short stay, but it was one of the most memorable trips we’ve taken. We would definitely stay here again!
