Outdoorsman's Paradise with wide open spaces and pet friendly!

Great 3 bedroom 2 bath, manufactured home with decks on the front and back of the home to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and to sit out under the stars at night. A Grill and a picnic table in the back to enjoy time out in the back yard.

Sun darkening curtains to give you a restful night of sleep and are great when you want to sleep in!

The property is less than 5 miles east or west of town to 2 different boat landings and convenient to dog racing and poker in Ebro. You can tour Caverns, swim and play in the river, ride to Panama City Beaches and enjoy marine life shows and the beautiful beach.
