Walking distance to picturesque and sophisticated village, incredible schools , the beach, stunning hiking trails, and the most gorgeous sunsets overlooking the pacific ocean. Ideal for dog walking, biking, running errands in the neighborhood and exercising. You won't want to leave this special neighborhood. The house comes with bikes, a grill, and bi-weekly house-cleaning service.
The space
The house is on a fabulous neighbor street just a short walk to the Bluffs with expansive ocean and mountain views. There is an enclosed front yard and the property is gated. There is a gas grill, bikes and free weight equipment to use. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the main house. There is also a detached family room (converted garage). This is a gem of a spot and an adorable house. Perfect for 2 or 3 people.

Pacific Palisades is the ultimate neighborhood in Los Angeles. Situated between the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Mountains... you have both the beach and the mountains in walking distance. The neighborhood park is super clean and safe and has tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts, grass fields and play areas. There is a stunning walking/biking path in the canyon where you can walk dogs or just enjoy the ocean views. To top it off, we have the most incredible village in the center of town with every store and restaurant just a stones throw away. Living here gives you easy access to all LA has to offer or the opportunity to stay right here and never leave (you really don't even need a car here)!

What makes this property unique

Nestled on one of the best streets in all of Pacific Palisades amongst homes FAR more expensive and grand, is this quaint little beach bungalow with a fenced in grassy front yard... ideally suited for outdoor use and a pooch! I can assure you, you will not find anything better at this price. It's walking distance to the Bluffs (overlooking ocean), the hiking trails, the Village (shops/restaurants/Sunday farmers market), the park, churches, and the YMCA (great gym!). I will allow a dog (please email me in advance to discuss). You will love it here. It's a RARE FIND!!!
