BEACH BLOCK located in the heart of Dewey Beach; this beautifully renovated villa offers more than just a serene atmosphere. With ocean views from the large deck off the living room, as well as the master bedroom, you'll also find two additional bedrooms with balconies to enjoy the summer breeze. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property also boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen with a balcony perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail after long day at the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, water sports, bars, and best of all just steps from digging your toes into the soft sand of Dewey Beach. Property has 2 parking spaces available and 2 additional parking passes will be provided.

NOTE: Property does not rent to High School students. All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement. The individual signing the rental agreement is responsible for all guests and must be present during the entire stay.

PARKING: There are two parking spots under the unit suitable for compact cars. Two Dewey Beach Parking Permits will be provided for additional parking.

E BEACH WAGONS: Now exclusively available at SUNSET RENTALS. No more lugging all the beach gear down to beach. Wagon's can handle up to 300LBS of weight, come w/ beach chair rack, batteries charge in 2hrs and run up to 4 miles & have USB ports for charging cell phones & electronics. Availability is limited to first come first serve. Weekly rate is $250

LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:

TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.

NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $95 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee)

Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee will be added to your total booking amount.

PET DISCLAIMER: THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) DOGS PER GUEST STAY. DOG FEE IS $150 FOR EACH DOG. PLEASE NOTE: PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST, PLEASE CONFIRM WITH SUNSET RENTALS THE DOGS BREED AND AGE AS SOME RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY.
