Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) just returned from C.R. after a 8 day stay. This condo was a huge reason for our enjoyment. It gave us plenty of room, Plenty to do with the pool and rooftop and the location in town was perfect. Within a short walk was the beach, shops, and restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

Thank you for the great review of the property La Cometa 15. This comfortable 3 BNDR apartment is located in the heart of Tamarindo. If you do not rent a car, you will find it very convenient as you are within walking distance of everything. If you decide to travel around the area and get a car, there is free parking on the premises. The unit is on the third floor. It has great spaces and comes nicely furnished for relaxing vacations. It also has a/c in every room, cable tv, internet, and a washer/dryer. Ideal for fmailies and friends.

Property is walking distance to the beach and restaurants and tiendas. Howler monkeys in the trees nearby, got some great videos. My nieces really loved the pool. The maintenance man, Freddie, was efficient and friendly, Night guard Francisco and his cat nala are so sweet, felt very safe! Lola, the representative for the condo was the best communication ive had for a vacation rental. Everything was perfect. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Safe and quiet despite its central location, the property offers free parking and a shared pool. The unit itself is cozy, very well equipped with a/c inn every room, a full kitchen, cable tv, internet, and washr/dryer. Ideal for families and friends.
