Welcome to your Aggieland retreat in Bryan/College Station, Texas! Conveniently located 5.5 miles from the Texas A&M campus. This new VRBO property offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and convenient location.

Step inside this brand-new construction home with ample space for up to eight guests, this property is ideal for families, groups of friends. The open-concept living area features a large sectional sofa and a 65" Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Aggieland. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Small applicances include a Keurig, blender, crock pot and toaster.

Venture outside to the expansive backyard perfect for those furry family members as we are pet friendly. You'll find a barbecue grill and cooler, as well as multiple lawn chairs creating an inviting space for gatherings. With advance notice (and additional deposit), will allow up to 20 additional guests for events such as a Ring Dunk or graduation celebration.

Retreat to one of the inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, ample storage space, and modern amenities to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan and smart TV.

The property does have actively recording cameras at the entrance, backyard and garage areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

This was a great spot for us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The house was as advertised and comfortable. We held a light dinner after the ceremony with friends and family and had everything we needed.

Perfect location!

This house was absolutely amazing!!! Great neighborhood, very clean, and spacious. We had an event at Texas A&M and it was only a 10 to 15 min. drive which was very convenient. The house also had many entertaining opportunities when weather was rainy so my kids were never bored. The host was so nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
