Centrally located near hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing charters, Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Tiki Bar, fishing piers, Fort Fisher Aquarium, ice cream, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, frisbee golf. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking for 4 cars. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC POLICY.

2 King rooms and 2 Queen rooms, EACH featuring its own EN SUITE FULL BATHROOM providing privacy and convenience. The fully stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens, beach supplies, open-concept kitchen & great room make for a relaxing & hassle-free stay. Extras include a 1-car garage, dedicated work space, 4th floor private studio, (NOTE: 4th floor studio is only accessible via external staircase and does not have elevator access) outdoor shower, and plenty of room to gather or to get some private time. NO PARTIES; NO LOUD MUSIC OR GATHERINGS.
