Large Luxury Downtown "Design Studio" One Bedroom Apartment

Nestled on the second floor of a quaint 1870s brick Victorian cottage, (right across the street from the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts) this one-bedroom apartment was, until recently, an interior design studio displaying high-end furniture and appliances. You can now enjoy this luxurious space containing an Italian queen-size bed, white Italian leather sectional sofa and arm chairs in the living room, a kitchen outfitted with a European combination washer/dryer (so you only have to load the laundry and it automatically washes and dries it with no further attention from you), Sub Zero compact refrigerator/freezer (plus another under-counter refrigerator), and electronic Kohler shower controls for a double, no step glass shower with dual shower heads and an additional hand-held shower head. Walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, post office, banks, and bakeries, because you are right downtown.

A Posh Hangout!

Access was easy, great location, fully-equipped kitchen, modern yet cozy. I stayed up late reading every night of my stay because I wanted to enjoy every minute of this oasis.

The University of Findlay

We came in town to move our niece in for her freshman year! The location of this property was fantastic a beautiful place! Paul was amazing and very helpful! We will absolutely book again when we come to visit!

You're very well maintained Victorian 1870's property. The updated luxury studio suite that's upstairs is top notch. Definitely would recommend it to anybody who is looking to stay in Findlay ohio. The host is very knowledgeable and suggestions were definitely favorable.

Perfect Fit

I stayed at this property for two weeks. Much better than a hotel. I was able to walk to work, grocery store, and restaurants. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals.

Amazing place!!!

The property was just FABULOUS! It had so many amenities, including a fantastic location to downtown! The details of the stay were well-thought out and the little things provided (shower items, kitchen essentials, TV streaming provided) were on point! Paul was available for questions and even gave us a gift certificate to a local eatery. BEST host I’ve ever had!

Luxury Studio

Nice location and excellent furnishings. Easy walk to all things downtown. I would recommend a full size mirror be available to just be able to check myself before leaving. All in all a very nice place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love downtown Findlay. It is a welcoming, safe community with a lot of interesting architecture from its gas and oil boom years in the 1870s.
