Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 305 was an immaculate, updated, fully stocked condo that made you feel you were staying at a friend’s place. I loved all the little decorative touches and appreciated the choice of seating on the balcony. The master bed is so comfortable! We have stayed here at The Inn for six times now and have never had an issue with anything.

We loved the location of this unit. Beautiful views. I wish these condos would put keurigs in kitchen. I only drink one cup and have to bring my own down so i dont waste coffee. Its also a far walk to beach so bring some kind of carrier for chairs and stuff. We would love to come back

Our stay was overall great. The condo was cute and clean. Pools were nice, beach access was great. The main complaint I have, which I realize not much can be done about, was how loud the AC units are outside. When trying to relax by the pool or on the balcony, it was a non-stop cacophony of all the units running, turning off and on. On a rare occasion all the units would be off but that usually lasted less than a minute before one or more would kick back on. If that won't bother you then this is a great place to stay.

great place to stay

This is our third trip to Dauphin Island and our third stay at the Inn at Dauphin Island. As with the other two trips everything was great. The condo was comfortable and well equipped, and easy walk to the beach, and in a great location on the island. We’ll book again.

When we first got into the unit, we noticed that it didn’t smell clean- it smelled like a “dirty house”. Stale and faint animal smell- not how you’d expect a place to smell when it has been freshly cleaned. You could see the piles of sand and white animal hair on the ground. I almost immediately found a dead roach between the bathroom and 2nd bathroom. There were lots of “splats of food/beverages/who knows what on the walls and doors. At this point, I called the rental company, which happened to be the front desk of the condo. I asked if they’d cleaned the unit, and she said that they had, but that they’d send housekeeping up. Housekeeping came up and asked what I needed. I explained the issues, and she said that they had a new cleaning gal, but that she’d double checked things. I showed her the animal hair and sand, and she said that owners were allowed to have their pets there. Something I wish had been noted in the listing, as both my husband and myself have bad animal allergies. While I appreciate that I guess they made a little effort retroactively, this condo needs a through cleaning, and it hadn’t even gotten a good surface cleaning. I’m in disbelief that this place is highly rated for cleanliness. Additionally, it should be noted that when you look towards the gulf, there are over half a dozen oil rigs that aren’t that great to look at. Not somewhere I’d stay again. The complex itself is fine, but this unit is very run down and seeing bugs in your condo yucky.

Mom and Daughters Weekend!

The Inn was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with my daughters over Mother's Day weekend. Great location, beach is beautiful, pools are amazing, quiet and peaceful. All of the interior is decorated nicely, very comfy, and well stocked with everything you need.
