Wake up to beautiful views of the Gulf. Enjoy convenient access to several amenities on the property including 2 pools, hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, barbecue grills, and green spaces. In addition to being a short walk from the beach, we have access to an amazing running/biking path along scenic 98. Easy access to Destin Commons. Walking distance to Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's! Two fabulous nearby restaurants with terrific seafood offerings. This unit has three bedroom, all with large beds first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed. The living room has a sofa bed and a love seat. Dining table for four and a 4 barstools for dining! The sofa has beautiful views of the gulf that you can see from anywhere on the couch! Upstairs has two rooms and a bathroom. One room has a queen bedroom. The third bedroom is small and ideal for the kids in the party. There are two beds in this room. One queen and one full. GREAT location!

We had a wonderful stay! The balcony is great (as you can see the ocean) and the place was well kept and just as described. It’s in a great location and the amenities are so fun! We could have used a few more things in the kitchen (only 1 knife to chop, no strainer, scratched pans), but everything else was amazing! We will be back again!

Stunning view from the balcony! Private access to pool with complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas were very nice, however were removed too early in the day, in my opinionI was asked to move so they could take them around 4:30ish. Right before sunset! Condo was perfect setup for our group! I will get a golf cart next time though!! Would highly recommend

The condo was perfect for our family. It sits right beside one of the pools and hot tub also right next to the grills, pickle ball and basketball. The condo was clean, the kitchen was a small so that was a little difficult.... Make sure you take your own grilling utensils if you plan to grill.... Or buy some. We would definitely stay again..

The view from our balcony was great (you can see ocean from a distance & it’s beautiful). The heated outdoor pool was awesome! The condo had plenty of room. It could use a spatula for cooking eggs (I picked one up at Walmart for 2). We enjoyed walks along the beach. Our son loved the basketball hoop. The elevator worked. I recommend this VRBO, as it’s in a perfect location. I ran on the running/bike path a few times into Destin which is really pretty & safe.

The condo was very convenient and properly cleaned. Our only complaint was that we needed to check in a little early so that we could leave our luggage to pick up family from the airport. However, after asking several times, we were finally told no. By then, it was too late to pick them up. They had to rent a car to get to the condo.
