Situated in the industrial section of a quaint town with just 1300 residents, our building offers a serene environment. Factory workers typically depart by 5:00 PM, ensuring peaceful evenings. Adjacent to our apartments lies Holst Radiator Repair Shop, catering to semi-trucks. This thriving business, owned by the friendly Holst family, is a familiar sight in Ucon.
In town, enjoy two scenic parks, one with a tennis court, alongside amenities like Shell station, US Post office, and a cozy café serving homemade meals. A short drive north takes you to Rigby's grocery stores and eateries, while southward leads to malls, restaurants, and entertainment options.
