Nice property overall. I would consider it again. My major complaints is the hot water stopped working most nights and resumed in the morning. Also there is no clothes dryer The issues I reported were addressed in a timely manner. There are a lot of steps if that is a concern. The property is a one block walk away from a small supermarket and 10 mins drive from two larger ones. It’s a three block walk to Papagaya Beach which is very convenient including a couple late night restaurants and bars. It’s 30 mins to get back to areas like the Renaissance/Fort/Downtown Bridge area and 35 mins to airport. You have a choice of 4 or 7 bedrooms. 4 in the main unit and 3 atop in a penthouse. The penthouse has an additional small pool and also its own kitchen adjacent to one of the bedrooms. One master in the main. Two medium rooms and one small br I would only fit one person. The beds are comprised of two twins pushed together to make one bed. They did not appear to be able to be separated connected to one headboard.
