Primary with king bed, en suite bathroom with large shower, deep jetted tub, double sinks. Primary bath also with portable shower chair, removable shower handle, assistance bars for shower and toilet, all upon request. Bedroom 2 with twin day bed for 2 twins or combined to create one king. Full 2nd bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. First floor unit, less than 50 yards from pool and Club, yet still quiet and private. Individual unit internet and Wifi, Smart TV.  

Entire unit open to guests with free parking. Full access to Naples Bay Resort, Club, and Marina open to all guests. Resort admin fee ($200) and Club fee ($55/day) are included. Discounted rates for off season and 30 day+ rentals. Bikes, powerboats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards available for rent through marina store.

Direct access to outdoor activities on and off the water.  

Free parking right outside unit. Complimentary shuttle service from Naples Bay Resort to beach and downtown. Walker and biker friendly. Bike rentals available. Uber, Lyft available as well as local private taxi. Most visitors prefer to have car available.  

Bath and beach towels and linens are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use.

Exit cleaning included. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. 

  Resort and daily club fees are included in total cost. For long term stays fees will be adjusted to reflect lower rate after reservation confirmed. 30day - 6month rentals flat fee $1200, 6month - 1 year flat fee $2200, fees will be adjusted after reservation confirmed.
