The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) Place all trash in bags and place the bags in the blue trash bins under the house, push those bins to the edge of the street and make sure that the opening of the lid is facing the street.
2) No used kitchen items or cooking utensils should be left in the sink or unwashed. Either hand wash those items, dry them and place them back in their respective places.
3) Sweep the floors making sure you remove any beach sand or other trash from all floors throughout the entire house. 4) Please place all used sheets and towels on top of the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful time. The home was perfect. We did a lot of cooking. Most of the food was pre-made but it was easy to prep and we had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Pictures do not give it justice. We had rain on our trip but the home was perfect.

Great place!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The owner was incredibly responsive and communicated with us throughout our entire stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was clean and well-equipped, making it easy for us to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. It was spacious enough to accommodate our large family of 16, providing plenty of room for us to spend time together while also offering enough space for everyone to have their own privacy. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beach house. There were 16 of us and it was very spacious and comfortable. The dining in the kitchen was perfect for my 8 grandchildren. The layout of the bedrooms were just what we needed. We loved the close access to a beach that was perfect for our group. I would definitely book here again.
