We had a fantastic stay here for a group birthday trip to New Orleans! The apartment was exactly what we were looking for — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. One of the biggest advantages for our group was that there were multiple similar VRBO units in the same building, which made it easy for everyone to stay together without needing to book one massive place. The rooftop pool area was beautiful and ended up being one of our favorite spots to relax between adventures around the city. The gym was also a huge plus for my husband, who doesn't like to skips workouts, even on vacation. We also really appreciated how responsive management was. We had a small battery issue with the door lock, and maintenance arrived incredibly quickly and fixed it right away.Overall, an excellent experience and we would absolutely stay here again!
This well appointed property was conveniently located to the French Quarter and many other local and national tourist attractions. Would recommend and stay there again.
The apartment was very nice and had a lot of room. The location was awesome. Short walk to everything. We would definitely go back. we loved New Orleans!
This little apartment was perfect for what we needed for a couple days in NOLA. Plenty of room for everyone! There was a lot of street noise when we were trying to sleep, but nothing unbearable. View from the roof top pool is amazing!
Just a few steps away from Canal Street and the French Quarter. Apartment was comfortable, but nothing fancy, but we didn't come to New Orleans to hang out there. Owner was easy to communicate with
The home was clean and is close to Canal and Bourbon for easy walking. Check in and out was easy and hassle free. Everything worked as intended with no issues. I will say the walls are thin and you can hear everything around you but overall the apartment was nice and comfortable. Rooftop pool was cool.
The apartment was nice and clean, but building 1st floor entrance had a terrible smell. I would return and recommend.

There was an awful smell in the place - probably from the restaurant below. It reeked of old shrimp/seafood that permeated into our unit. Very nauseous smell. The room was very worn - cabinet doors and drawers were falling off and you could tell it is worn from overuse. Location was good but it was very loud.

Smells like piss in the hallway
The place was awesome! Clean! Besides the water damage/problem in the one bathroom they tried covering up… and the downstairs and hallway had so much ammonia smell it smelt like piss.
The location is close to all the sites and transportation. Easily walk to restaurants, bars, stores and public transit. The location is super noisy, even throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. The “pool” listed is actually about 5’x9’ wading pool only, big enough for about 2 people, but the grills were nice, clean and usable. The building is old but the unit was updated and clean.
We loved how convenient the building was to bourbon street and the French quarter. The condo is quite worn down and needs lots of improvements, however was clean and comfortable. The door to the lobby from the parkade has zero signage and was very confusing. We struggled finding it without going to the street and around the block. If you aren’t looking to spend much time in your room, this place will do.

The blinds throughout the property are in bad shape. The one bedroom had no drapes.
Booked for one night at the last minute to accommodate a departing flight change. Luckily it was just one night. This apartment needs some work. Blinds on the windows were in bad shape, including that none would open or close and several lovers damaged or missing. The washer/dryer are in a closet space off the living room, and one bi-fold door is missing. The kitchen cabinet doors have some sort of wrap on them, which was peeling on at least one door. The rooftop pool and deck are nice with a great view, and the building is in a decent location, but the unit itself was less than expected.
