-Picnic tables, horseshoe pit, cornhole, BBQ, tree swing, mature oak trees, a large private yard with tons of chairs & covered patio
- less than an hour to San Diego beaches, downtown, The Zoo & Sea World
-hiking, biking, boating & world famous Julian just a few mins away where you can taste famous apple pie & cider
-Birds, fox, raccoons, coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, wild turkey and even deer are often viewed near property

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the property. We keep the garage locked. We live 20 mins away so you'll have privacy. Internet and cell reception can be spotty & isn't guaranteed. Besides, you're here to relax!
Other things to note
This is the country. Please keep doors or screen shut at all times. Critters like mice, squirrels, spiders, bugs and snakes can enter home if left open. Feel free to use anything in home while on vacation but leave any extras for next guests. We welcome leaving any items you don't want to take like unopened food and drinks. - water bottles, coffee & tea provided
- Towels, soap and shampoo are provided
- Firepit is provided for your lounge & seats around the campfire (wood fires only permitted in designated fire pits)
- First Aid Kit
- Full Kitchen & all basics
Staying in a communal property. Two separate homes but exterior fire pit is communal.
- No loud music is allowed; quiet 9pm-8am
- Fires only in designated pit
- Pets are allowed with prior approval & deposit
- smoking will be minimum $200 fine (as needed for cleaning)
