POOR Rental management.
We have stayed in 1301 for the last 2 years 2011-2012 for the month of november and about 10 years in different villas in willamare. the condo is great the bldg was clean and well maintained,and the golfing was fantastic but i would never deal with the reservation co.again
every other agencies will give you first choice for the following year before you depart when you are staying in there condo.
Not this company..... we wanted to book 1301 again as soon as we got there.but we were told it was already rented to someone else.when we asked the booking agent she blamed the manager for renting it before we had a chance, when we questioned her she blamed someone else .we talked to her 3 days latter, and was told the OWNER is staying in the condo for the month of november (2013) for a company thats claiming to be # 1 rental co. on the island, its a poor way of showing it. We would recoomend this place to our friends, but NOT the rental agency.
