We are very thankful that Talia and her guests chose our property.
This property is located in a prime area of Trinidad, within walking distance of many attractions—a feature appreciated by many of our guests, including Talia. While we appreciate all guest reviews, we would like to address several inaccuracies in Talia’s comments.
Unfortunately, Talia and her guests did not follow house rules, and the apartment was left in a very untidy condition after their four-day stay, with some bedding permanently soiled. Despite this, we ensured a prompt turnaround to accommodate incoming guests.
Regarding amenities, during the check-in process, Talia acknowledged that there would be no access to a washer and dryer at that time. There were no further requests/concerns about laundry during their stay. Additionally, there is a washing machine available in the downstairs unit that could have been accessed had the need been communicated.
As for the hot water, the downstairs guest confirmed having hot water throughout the period in question. Nevertheless, we took the concern seriously and had the system inspected and serviced as soon as it was possible to do so. All concerns once raised were addressed was clearly documented in our communication with Talia via the VRBO chat platform.
