Easy 10 minute set-up, this centrally located 3/2 home in Deer Park, Texas sleeps 10. The house is 25 mins from downtown Houston. Close to Daikin Park and NRG stadium. 10 mins to Sylvan Beach in Laporte or 45 mins to Galveston Island for a fun beach day. 20 mins to Kemah Boardwalk, for a day of dining and shopping. Nasa Space Center and all the major plants are just a quick drive for those in town on business. This centrally located home has tons of amenities and is kid and pet friendly!! Large screen TV's, board games and puzzles, a full coffee bar, a huge pool with a basketball goal, a hot tub that seats 7, and free on-site parking that can accommodate even an RV!! Deer Park also has some of the best food places around, from Cajun crawfish at Guidry's to the best BBQ in Texas at Andy's Hawg House--you are going to LOVE your stay here!!

Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please NO dishes left in the sink or dishwasher. Put trash in outside can.
Hang up wet towels in the bathrooms. Please DON'T make the beds you used.
Outside Did You; Clean grill, close umbrellas, put cover on hot tub? Please set A/C to 76 or Heat to 70.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking indoors. $500 fee will be charged for deep clean/deodorize. *Additional fees will apply if there are burn marks.
An additional $250 fee for undisclosed pets, and your rental agreement could be terminated. All subsequent days are non-refundable.
Max occupancy 10. Please add all guests to your reservation. Unauthorized guests are $500 per person/night. Violations = immediate cancellation.

I chose Deer Park because it was close to my job, and the people there are so friendly. You never meet a stranger, and if you do, they won't be for long.

What makes this property unique

This property is entirely yours to enjoy! The main home and pool are reserved exclusively for guests. Occasionally, I stay in the detached ADU on the property. The ADU has no shared walls or indoor access to the main house. We do share the main outdoor gate (if entering or exiting from the back door), and you might see a friendly face outside, but I completely respect your space and privacy and will leave you to enjoy your vacation!

I am so thankful to have such wonderful guests, and want you to feel at home and welcome while you're here. I keep to myself, but if you want to say hello, please do! I love hearing about my guests travels and why they picked my neck of the woods as their vacation destination! I also like hearing the great stories about your hometowns or favorite travel locations and letting me know why I should vacation there.
