Back home
Location was great and loved being on the lake other than that we had issues. The floors were not swept or mopped. We swept and mopped. Baseboards were dirty as well as the mantel. Smoke detectors were beeping. Someone dropped off batteries at 4am so we had to replace. Air was very musty so we pulled the a/c filters out and they were filthy. We cleaned.
Clean comforters were on the floor in the closet. Washer and dryer were in the basement which was very creepy, cluttered and damp with poor lighting. Probably the cause of the bad odor (mold/mildew). Dryer worked but not the washer. The washer had standing water with clothes still inside. Gross. There were a few more issues but these were the worst. I feel that a partial refund or credit is in order.
