This Castle on Lake Travis is truly exceptional! We are locals and actually only live 20 minutes aways from this beautiful property, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to stay here. We had a peaceful visit with gorgeous views of Lake Travis. We will most certainly return for another Stay-cation, to escape in this calming castle retreat.

This is absolutely one of the best properties that we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, and very well described. The furnishings are gorgeous along with all of the beautiful artwork. The view is incredible! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets over the water and the moonlight reflecting on the water making it more pleasant to be there than even go out! Location wise, it was perfect for us. The state park and lake access are just down the road but also just a couple of minutes from restaurants, bars, stores etc. We are already planning a return trip.

Our stay was amazing! Elise was an excellent host. We had an issue with parking when we arrived and Elise fixed the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting a quiet getaway with breathtaking views.

This place was amazing. The listing pictures barely capture what the place really looks like, but it was absolutely beautiful and conveniently located. The host was awesome and they provided some extra goods to make us feel very welcomed. I would definitely book again.

Exceeded all expectations and photos. Immaculate stay if you’re wanting to stay in Texas but feel like you’ve been transported to a Tuscan Villa. Great hospitality leaving all necessities behind, a bottle of wine, snacks, steamer, etc. Intention in every little detail.

Only issues were crickets coming up out of BR sink & living area vents. The property offers a unique designated parking space in which ours was giving to another guest who arrived later leaving us to find alternate parking outside the privately gated property.

We had a wonderful stay! The views just never get old and the stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Nice that it was private and gated. We were very comfortable and felt very at home. Everything is clean and neat.

What a great place! Communication before, during, and after was excellent. The views cannot be beat! The sunsets are amazing. The private estate was something we've never been a part of. The grounds were impeccable and the room was something we've never will never forget. Such elegance had a wonderful gift basket and welcome letter waiting for us. The instructions for the gate and door entrance were perfect. Very easy instructions to folllw.We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elise, for everything! Highly recommend this place!!!!

The people upstairs were very loudly walking around in shoes directly over the bed until 4-5 a.m. both nights. Very difficult to sleep. Other than that it’s very nice. Just what we were looking for.
