LOVED staying in this beautiful amazing house! We truly felt spoiled staying there. Really hope we get to stay there again in the future! We played corn hole on the front lawn, did a little light reading in the comfy den, enjoyed cooking in the nicely remodeled kitchen, and really hated leaving.

Absolutely immaculate! Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully considered, from the superb décor to the beautiful organization. Everything has its place, and the property is pristine. We’ve never stayed in a VRBO that included every single thing we could possibly need—it truly felt like the hosts had anticipated everything. This home was such a pleasant surprise and an absolute gem in the city. Comfortable, beautifully arranged, and exceptionally well cared for. We would gladly stay here again!

This was the perfect house in the perfect location. Out of state guests in town for a family reunion. We were within walking distance of the main gathering house .. This house provided the perfect location for slipping away for babies naps or to just rest in a quiet spot. Lovely home in the perfect neighborhood!

Weekend Stay - Loved It!

This is a beautiful house with character. Our family stayed here to attend and celebrate our daughter's graduation from nearby Ball State It was the perfect place to be together as a family for the event. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we had lots of room to visit and enjoy the weekend. We loved the charm of this old home and would highly recommend.

Awesome experience

We truly loved every aspect of the stay from the location of the property to the space and cleanliness of the house, especially the sauna in the master bedroom. We will be regulars.

In town for a funeral

Sadly we had to come in town for a funeral. This house was above and beyond everything we needed for this unexpected stay. The house was great for all age groups and all the little ones loved the upstairs bedroom. In all it’s an extremely comfortable home.

Quiet in New Castle

The house and property were clean and maintained. We literally waled in and relaxed. There were no issues with the amenities. Ashlee and John were quick to respond with answers to our questions.

Family Retreat

Ashlee and Jon are amazing hosts and their home is beautiful! There are three bedrooms, one with a set of bunkbeds (my granddaughters were thrilled!) one has a king bed and another with a queen size. The attic (or 3rd floor) has been transformed to the coolest “bunk room”that you’ve ever seen. There are three single beds and lots of room to play. My family created some wonderful memories this weekend! Thank you Jon and Ashlee. Becky from Michigan
