Used towels should be placed in the laundry basket.
Dishes, glasses, & cutlery should be placed in the dishwasher. Turn on dishwasher before you leave. Dishwasher soap located under sink.

What a beautiful place! We were very comfortable. We felt so welcome and my daughter absolutely loved getting to help give the pony a bath, pick veggies in the garden, and help with the ducks and chickens! Our favorite place to stay ever!!

This farm was enchanting! The family was hospitable and made an extra effort to insure I had a Kitchen Aid mixer to make some special homemade cinnamon rolls for a family outing!

Southern boy grew up in East Tennessee and moved to California when I joined the Navy. Spent most of my life in Southern California working for the Navy. We moved to beautiful Central Arkansas in 2017 and bought our farm here. I spent 28 years in the military 15 Navy & 13 Air Force. I love people and welcoming them to our farm here in Central Arkansas. We love everyone and feel like that we never meet a stranger. I hope you will come visit our farm so we can get to know you. I am new to Hosting but I promise to make you feel at home & would love to show you around our farm.

Beautiful central Arkansas is a spectacular place to come vacation and live. We love all the rolling hills, beautiful trees, Greers Ferry Lake, Little Red River, and all the sites.

What makes this property unique

Farm life with Black Angus Cows, horses, donkey, chickens, ducks, and goats a wonderful place to experience the farm life in luxury. Close to Heber Springs approximately 15 minutes or Searcy AR about 35 minutes. Very close to Greers Ferry Lake with boating, skiing, fishing, or tubing.
