Gorgeous waterfront vacation rental suite with stunning views.

Welcome to your perfect waterfront vacation rental. This newly renovated four person sleeper, one-bedroom, one-bathroom private suite features a spacious bedroom, bathroom and comfortable sofa bed in the living area, making it perfect for a small family or group of friends.
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and views of the water from your own private patio. Kitchen has full size fridge, and coffee maker. If you’re using the sofa bed, please bring bedding. Due to water shortages we need to limit our laundry. We provide towels for two people. Beach access is at the foot of our garden! Please bring your own beach towels. As we live upstairs, you will hear some sounds from above.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
As we don’t have landfill on the island, please take your garbage and recycling with you. We do have a recycling centre open on Wednesday and Saturdays where you can drop off your recycling.
We have a compost bin on the right side of the house where you can drop your compost
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What makes this property unique

Our suite is spacious and well equipped and has the most incredible, stunning sunsets. Our half acre property is on the water and just a short stroll down to the beach. From the living room, kitchen or private patio, you can watch the ferries come and go.
Sit outside in the garden or around the fire pit (not in summer!) and enjoy the beauty and tranquility.
