This warm and inviting home offers 3 bedrooms (1st floor king and 2 queen beds upstairs), 2.5 bathrooms, family room, eat in kitchen, dining room, fenced yard, deck. Ample parking in attached 2 car garage and paved driveway. Convenient to I-73, I-840, and Bryan Blvd. Pets welcome with prior approval and pet fee. Wifi provided. Signed lease required. Bookings accepted no more than 2 weeks in advance, min 30 days.
