We did a last minute get away and had a lot of rental documents to sign which we were not in favor of. We didn’t get a welcome packet which would have a parking permit in it. Fire extinguisher was missing from the list . We also took pics of a bathroom hole in wall and holes where curtain rods had been moved in living room. Some scuff marks on wall. Over all I have seen worse and have seen better. A little updating would be a plus for this condo. We checked out on Friday Jan. 2 anxious to our home in Ohio.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you were able to enjoy a last minute getaway, and we appreciate your honesty regarding the areas that need improvement. Last minute reservations do require a verification process to avoid fraud. While we didn't receive a report regarding wall damage and curtain rods, we've since created a work order for these to be addressed, and an inspection has been scheduled to get the property back on track. We value your feedback in helping us improve both the guest experience and property standards. We hope.
