This 1 bedroom 1 bath modular trailer next to a Koi Pond. The shared lake is close by and available for fishing and swimming or the use of one of the pedal boats. You will have the use of a golf cart and can visit the tortoise preserve and the lake easily. The ranch is completely fenced and gated, and you have a clicker to the gate. You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay.
