Launch a kayak from the waterfront back yard, or grill your fresh catch of the day while eagles soar above. Private, second floor, 2 bedroom unit with a large open floor plan, full kitchen and laundry.
Super location 1/2 mile from the airport, market, stores and 4 mile to The Mendenhall Glacier.
The space
Guest's will enjoy the entire second floor of this two story, private home located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. Two comfortable bedrooms sleeps 4 guests. Large updated bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large open livingroom, dining area, private deck with grill, and back yard with firepit.
Guest access
Guest will have a private 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, second story home with private deck, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. Back yard with firepit. Downstairs apartment may be occupied by owner.

The view from the house was wonderful! The only negative is that they put a barrier wall up and there is no access to the river whatsoever. The Eagles were flying high!

Loved the location! Easy access to the airport and the city. Our host was amazing and took care of everything. The home was very comfortable and the view/scenery stunning! We will return!

The house was conveniently located near the airport and shopping. It had a very nice view of the river when we arrived, but the Army Corps of Engineers spent the weekend installing flood barricades, so the view may be compromised now. There is no river access.The house was clean and comfortable for a long weekend and had almost everything we needed although it was missing homey touches and had very little art or decor. The TVs were very hard to operate and were very frustrating to use. Other than that, we were happy to stay there.
