Welcome to this stunning 5-bedroom Caribbean Rustic Modern Villa, beautifully perched near Roseau, Dominica. Spanning approximately 2500 sq ft, this recently renovated retreat blends old-world charm with contemporary comfort. The villa retains its original structure while featuring a refreshed interior with exposed oak beams, polished concrete walls, and a stylish wooden and stainless steel kitchen.

The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar, laundry room, bathroom, and a double bedroom with breathtaking infinity sea views.

Upstairs, the first floor features three double bedrooms, one single room (small with a daybed only), a Jack & Jill bathroom, and an additional half bath.

Step onto the west-facing balcony to enjoy sweeping ocean and mountain views, unforgettable sunsets, and a sense of complete privacy. The surrounding lush garden adds a touch of tropical serenity.

Please note: Children are welcome, but the villa is not equipped with child safety features. Adult supervision is required for young guests.

The sunsets are truly incredible! Ac was cold. One of the bathrooms kids said didn’t have hot water but others were great. Overall rustic but comfy vibe. Very responsive hosts! I would stay here again.

wonderful house

I stayed in this house for Carnival 2025 with my family and friends.We were welcomed by a lovely, friendly couple. They were patient with us and took the time to show us around this spacious home.The house is less than 10 minutes from Roseau. It has a beautiful sea view. It is well-equipped.During our stay, we had a small problem with the upstairs bathroom, but the owner came to help us very quickly.I recommend this accommodation and we will be happy to come back!Thank you again to this lovely couple for making us feel so welcome.

Love Dominica

Dominica was the best! The place is rather small for a large group but it worked surprisingly well. There were 4 bedrooms, the fifth is turned into a library and not air conditioned. Donna was an amazing host and answered all questions immediately. She made a recommendation of Big Mama for our taxi driver and he became our tour guide as well. Great recommendation! We had so much fun on the island. We cooked in the kitchen and had all that we needed. The table was large enough for us. The circular staircase made it interesting but the outside staircase was used more. I would recommend this property.

Rustic Charm

Sunset Vista: Vrbo Feedback The property has a rustic charm and is set in one of the hillsides of Canefield, filled with the artwork of the owner. Willie and Ali the managing team were brilliant. They were there to greet us although our flight arrived late and were very responsive when issues arose such as the water company suspending the water supply. Willie and Ali were also a great source of information and advice. The facilities are comfortable with air conditioning on the upper level. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery, but the area would benefit from the addition of hot water, rather than heating this in the kettle. The bus passes nearby; therefore, it is easy to get to Roseau and other areas. Canefield has a 7-11 supermarket, which closes midnight most nights.
