The guest booked a one bedroom apartment for 2 persons. However guest had 4 persons in apartment. We have a queen bed plus a sofa bed. 7 days after stay is completed, he is asking for refund. Because it was denied, he left a dishonest review. The photos were taken in apartment and is exactly as per photos. All ACs and equipment are working and apartment is brand new. We look forward to hosting all guests.
