We were in town for a wedding and this property was just what we had in mind versus individual hotel rooms. Clean, comfortable beds, great location, lots of nice hang-out space. Gary was very responsive and pleasant!
We loved everything about this property. Conveniently located. Very responsive host. Charm and appeal. We would love to stay here again next year. Thank you, Gary!
Gary was an easy host to make contact with. Their home was impeccably clean and had even more goodies than I thought. Since the home is older, there are some slight nuances that you may need to adjust to but they provide everything you may need to make those adjustments. One of our favorite and absolutely the cleanest BnB to date.
This property was once a multi office complex but still feels like a home. There are unique features and aspects to the house. Nice area to park in rear of property with lower level entrance. The bedrooms are good size and can accommodate 8 people easily. Small but functional kitchen. The woodwork and colors are nice throughout. Un tapped potential to convert half bath downstairs into a full with storage room behind it. The property is in a great location to the local bars and restaurants. We would be happy to recommend this house and will be back in the future.

Thank you so much for the kind comments Steven! That’s a great idea in the downstairs bathroom!
The carriage house was very clean and well equipped. There was only street parking and walking to the unit meant walking down an alley a short distance. As a woman traveling alone I wouldn’t have rented this knowing I had to walk down an alley to get to the house from the street. Mind you some of the properties have their parking in the back or their units were accessed via the alley/back access road. I didn’t feel unsafe though and it was an extremely quiet neighborhood. The carriage house had a great large upper balcony equipped with table and chairs and a little area with patio table and BBQ at the entrance. You weren’t far from anything you could ever possibly need as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again if there was access to the back of the property from the street and avoid the alley all together. The owners (not the host) are at the front street side and the carriage home is above the owners garage at the back of their property. The carriage house is nicely decorated and tasteful and it doesn’t feel like your above a garage to be honest. Liked the fact I was able to do a little Netflix binge too. I did get to meet Brian (Host) and the Property Owner do to a glitch with the air conditioning system and they were attentive and worked hard to get the system in operating order again. Both gentlemen were great to deal with and personable.
