Easy access to hiking trails, 2 family friendly ski areas (within 35 minutes), boating, fishing, biking and 4x4 trails. Utah State University/USU is about 10 minutes from the home

Main floor has a well-appointed kitchen with an island. Dining room and large family room. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. The main floor also has a laundry room for guest use.
Second floor has a bedroom and another full bath. There is a loft area that is great for kids to play and two single beds.
Covered patio with grill is just a few steps from the back door and next to the game room with pool table and air hockey.
The outdoor space has mature trees, grassy areas and a fire pit.
