About this property

110B - 1BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl

Two Queen DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 47" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. No pets allowed except for the Owner's own pets. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while in Destin, FL. The accomodations were just as listed, clean, and very easy access to the beach. We highly recommend Seaspray and this particular condo.

Seaspray is a great family vacation destination. We have a children's play area, enjoy a dip in the pool which is one of the largest on the Island. We provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella at the beach with your reservation. Enjoy a workout in our gym and relax in the hot sauna after. Play a game of shuffleboard or horseshoes. We are also within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.

Thank you. We are located right on the beach of Okaloosa Island. We do provide with your reservation 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach daily for you to enjoy. We have one of the largest pools on the Island. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions.
