#233 Pointe - 2 Bedroom Lakefront Condo at Mariners SML

Welcome to Unit 233

Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA, Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 3rd floor. All Pointe buildings have elevators and a coded entry for security.

This unit has a king size bed in each bedroom.



Cable & WI-FI is included. 

Newly remolded bathrooms, new stove and microwave!

The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. There's a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.

All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.

Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. No Parties/Events allowed!
