The Roblar Inn ~Wine Country~Hot Tub~Accessible

The Historic Roblar Inn once the center of the old town, Roblar in 1886. Completely rebuilt in 2021 maintaining its rustic charm featuring 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom access. (one is a 2-bedroom suite sharing an ensuite bathroom in between). Located in the west side wine route of Paso Robles, close to many top wineries, a 20-min. drive to beaches. To many amenities to list: ozone Hot Tub, fully Accessible access, breakfast items including fresh pastries delivered in the am & so much more!
The space
The 1886 farmhouse was completely rebuilt in 2021. Its a beautiful high end farm style design and decor with over 1000 square feet of covered porches that have custom dropdown screens. There is a 16 foot glass wall in the kitchen that hides away into the wall to open up to the front porch dining area for amazing indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Access to most of the house is wheelchair accessible and one of the suites has a custom built roll in shower. There are over 30 organic fruit trees on the property you are welcome to enjoy if you stay in the ripe season.

The hot tub is located just off the beautiful side covered, screenable porch with breathtaking wine country views. The hot tub is treated with an ozone generator and is incredibly relaxing.

Massages are available to book as we have a dedicated massage studio separate from the house. Our massage therapists are some of the best most sought after in the area. Please message us to pre-book your onsite massage(s).

This is a bed and breakfast, quality, locally sourced continental breakfast is included and left in the refrigerator for you to enjoy. When booking through Air B & B we offer the opportunity to book out the entire B & B, all three suites. The B & B hosts have a private separate area on the property away from the main house and yard, separated by a privacy fence. You will have privacy the place to yourself.
Other things to note
We love dogs and allow pets, however they must be house trained and we do charge an extra cleaning fee. We have a doggy door set up in the Laundry room that can fit small dogs.

Massages are available to book as we have a dedicated massage studio separate from the house. Our massage therapists are some of the best and most sought after in the area. Please message us to pre-book your onsite massage(s) at a special Roblar Rate.

Such a wonderful spot to relax, cook with family and friends, and call home while visiting Paso wineries. Beds were all comfortable and temp in house perfect. Only suggestion would be to have stovetop pans…. They seemed to be missing! ;).

We loved our stay here at the Roblar Ranch! The home was spacious, beds were comfy, and the location was awesome. A great home base to explore the central coast! I loved the wheelchair accessibility for our oldest family member and being able to bring our furry family member was an added perk! Roblar Ranch will be remembered fondly for years to come!

So fun! My group of friends have stayed in a couple vacation homes in Paso and this one blew them all away! The Roblar Inn has the perfect layout - warm, inviting, yet spacious with many different areas to hang out. There is also plenty of personal space too. The colors are upbeat and everything was just so comfortable. We were able to just chill and chat on the sun porch, have coffee on one of the other covered areas, and certainly we shared a few glasses of wine as well! The house was extremely clean, well appointed, and down-right awesome. There is ample parking. We felt safe. And its easy access to both the vineyards and downtown. If I scraped to come up with any complaint, it was only that the light switches and fan switches confused us. But, Jodi, the host, was fantastic - I was having issues with the VRBO app and she was on top of everything. Friendly and very responsive (and yes, even helped me with one of the light switches!). This is definitely a place we would book again.

Comfortable house, good for large groups

Stay was enjoyable, lots of room to get around, easy to get to many wineries, services, and restaurants. Very quiet accommodations, nice beds that were particularly comfortable. nicely designed. Fully stocked kitchen with a few good surprises.
