Nice place close to Jim Thorpe and Lehigh river bike trail. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The local lake is beautiful. The back deck is nice, but could use a fresh coat of paint/stain. Departure kitchen clean up policy .

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We're so glad the location worked well for you—being close to Jim Thorpe and the Lehigh River bike trail makes it a great home base, and the local lake really is a highlight. It's wonderful to hear the beds were comfortable and that you appreciated having plenty of towels on hand. We appreciate you flagging the back deck and the departure cleanup notes as well; we'll pass both along to our team so we can keep improving the experience. We'd love to welcome you back anytime the trails or the lake are calling.

Great weekend getaway

We had a blast hanging out on the deck all night. The kitchen & dining area was stocked with everything we needed even though we brought our own stuff so we didn’t have to use the owners. House was very clean and had ample room for everyone. Quit are with lovely deer in the yard. Highly recommended

Thank you for your feedback, Tobias. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the wildlife and found the home suitable for a family vacation. We apologize for the delay in providing the wristbands for lake access. We understand how frustrating that must have been and will ensure this process is smoother for future guests. We're also sorry to hear about the quality of the pans, and we’ll review them to ensure they're up to our usual standards. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us so we can make improvements moving forward.

Fun Labor Day Getaway

This was a comfortable place to stay for a family of eight. We enjoyed the proximity to Jim Thorpe and Lake Harmony. The house had many of the amenities that we needed to cook and relax. The beds were very comfortable, nice water pressure and ample hot water. The community is cute and the kids enjoyed the game room. I wish that we had been able to use the kayaks and bikes that were photographed in the listing. That was a bummer.
