Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 301. Bright, colorful beachy unit boasts a tropical theme. This spacious, second floor 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking condo features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer! It's just a short, easy walk to the white sand beach and our crystal-clear heated swimming pool. The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai which overlooks the tropical grounds and our unique banyan tree. The guest room has a twin over a queen bunkbed; plus a twin rollaway in the closet. (New photos coming). The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal (ice-maker in freezer). Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs,, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators...all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! Come make memories with us! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4.
