Our daughter and son-in-law live on property in the casita. Just as they value their privacy, you will have complete privacy separated by a block wall just like a next-door neighbor. That being said, they are nearby and happy to help if you should need assistance with anything in the home.

Maple Desert Haven is your private luxury retreat – the perfect blend of mountain views, resort-style relaxation, and easy access to all that Phoenix has to offer.

Reservation requirement:

**Important:**
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Separate from the price breakdown, you will be sent in your reservation confirmation message, the choice between paying a $500 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable $35 damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:

Since life can throw you curveballs, we recommend getting travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes that might fall outside our cancellation policy.
