We are very excited to start sharing our house with others! We fell in love with the house because of the area, the adorable older couple who lived there before us, the potential and of course the proximity to the beach. We bought the house right before the pandemic and updated it mostly by ourselves along with our parents. It became such an amazing family project and we were all so happy with the outcome and the memories❤️

Why they chose this property

I grew up spending summers on Penny Lane in Hampton Bays. Along with my cousins, I rode bikes and played flashlight tag on the same street that we moved. We were so happy to find a house in the same area to make new memories.

What makes this property unique

We set the price very reasonably for the area because we know that it is hard to imagine spending so much money on a little while away. It will be hard to find an updated house for a similar price. We are very nice accommodating people and also our neighbors are also amazing!!
