Needed a place to stay while in CoMo visiting my daughter for Mom's Weekend, this hotel is a great location and our stay was great.

One night for baseball

The location and proximity to the Mizzou baseball stadium is hard to beat. However the cleanliness of the room and the noise after midnight was disappointing.

Floors weren’t clean

In bathroom there was pet food scattered all over the floor, and possibly mice droppings. Also a sock on carpet from prior guest. Overall this hotel seems dusty and dingy. Beds were hard. Poditives- linens were fresh. Front desk was friendly.
