Unwind in comfort in this modern luxury Sedona vacation min-home with fabulous red rock views. Relaxation, memories, stargazing and S’mores await. Prime West Sedona location in a quiet neighborhood, a few short minutes away from of top trailheads, restaurants and shopping.
**2025 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE**:
Pool coming soon!! The backyard will be transformed to feature a private pool! Anticipated pool completion date Sept 1, 2025 (subject to change). The home will remain available to rent, however please be aware of the potential for construction noise and disruption during the day (Mon-Fri only). For safety purposes, back yard will be closed for guest use during construction. If you plan to be out exploring during the day, and or don't mind the construction noise, enjoy reduced rates during the upgrade. Questions? Please ask.
Pop Art Verde Valley Casita (mini-home) is the perfect retreat for 2 guests. Enjoy dining in in the well-equipped kitchenette with bar seating for 2. Then relax with the king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with modern shower/tub.
Soak in stargazing from the spacious outdoor furnished private deck or fire up the firepit in the backyard for sweet s’mores.
*This suite comes with its own private entrance and deck. It is attached to a larger home, which is available in 3,2 or 1 bedroom configurations for group flexibility. This is the listing for the 1 bedroom casita. The attached main house is NOT included. Find other listings under the name “Pop Art Verde”.
**This property MAY be rented to two guest groups simultaneously. Advance notification will always be provided. Common spaces are the driveway (parking), and backyard. Both the main house and Casita have their own exterior entrances (see photos).
