Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Maine lake house, the perfect retreat for relaxation, adventure, and quality time with family and friends. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the back deck, where you can sip your morning coffee, unwind with a sunset drink, or host a barbecue on the grill. The home features comfortable sleeping with a king, queen, full, and twin beds, ensuring space for everyone. The open kitchen and living area are perfect for entertaining, and the washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

The lake sits just 100 feet downhill from the home and is easily accessed by a set of steps, leading you to your own private waterfront area. Here you’ll find a dock and swim float, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying time on the water. Kayaks and life vests are provided for exploring the lake, while a small wading area offers a safe and fun spot for kids to play along the shoreline.

Out front, train tracks (not active) have been converted into a peaceful walking path, offering a scenic 3-minute stroll to the Lucerne Beach Club, where you can enjoy lunch, dinner, or a casual drink by the water. For boating enthusiasts, a convenient boat launch is located half a mile down the road, and trailer parking is available across from the property.
